Having a trained, calm, and consistent support person by your side can make a world of difference.

Studies show that having a birth doula can lead to: Shorter labors, reduced need for interventions (like Pitocin or epidurals), lower chance of cesarean birth, higher satisfaction with your birth experience, and increased confidence in postpartum recovery.

We'll hop on a phone call at a time that is convenient for you. You'll share your vision for your upcoming birth, and I will answer any questions you have about working together.

Initial phone call

To officially book, you'll simply sign a contract and pay the deposit. I'll be "on call" for you from 34 weeks to 42 weeks! From here, we'll get your first in-person meeting on the calendar too.

Book me as your doula

We'll meet in person at your home twice during your pregnancy. Each appointment will have a different purpose to help you prepare for birth! I'll also be available to you via text or phone call anytime!

2 in-person meetings

I'll come to your place of birth when it's time and support you until your baby arrives. In 1-2 weeks after birth, we'll do our final visit together in postpartum.
